Primary Responsibilities:

As the Senior Manager of Land Services, reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer, your role will focus on facilitating the greenfield development and acquisition of Solar PV and hybrid (PV + BESS) projects.

• Facilitate land acquisition processes, conduct due diligence, and oversee site control rights administration.
• Supervise and coordinate activities with land agents (landmen).
• Lead lease transactions by pitching, negotiating, and finalizing agreements.
• Manage relationships with law firms, community stakeholders, and governmental partners.
• Conduct market research on land availability, commercial terms, and landowner engagement.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in site acquisition, title due diligence, and title curative work within the utility-scale solar/renewables sector.
• Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business administration, or a related field.
• Profound understanding of legal and real estate matters, including familiarity with surveys, title reports, landowner relations, and associated issues.
• Proficiency in managing redline agreement processes, GIS, title policy, and easements.
• Demonstrated expertise in fostering collaboration across departments, particularly with Legal, Engineering, and Construction teams.
