Senior Internal Communications Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing communication strategies for business leaders in our Legal & Compliance (including Global Security) and Finance teams.
- Consulting with business teams and leaders to develop and implement strategic communication plans to support various businesses initiatives and changes.
- Creating communication materials for the aforementioned plans, which may include writing, review/editing, video production, information gathering, live event production, speaker notes, graphics, etc.
- Managing functional communication channels (e.g. department calls, newsletters, connect pages, viva engage groups, etc.) and leverage other channels as appropriate.
- Providing support on organizational change initiatives, to include drafting FAQs, talking points, organizational announcements, etc.
- Supporting functional meetings and event content which may include driving/managing content, video creation, meeting collateral, etc.
- Ensuring communications are in alignment with the company’s strategies, goals objectives and brand.
- Ensuring internal/external materials are appropriately reviewed and approved according to approval processes in place.
- Providing support in various internal program areas to include the creation and delivery of a cohesive communications plan and materials (digital and printed) to the company’s annual sales meetings in early 2025.
- Supporting general tasks to create, coordinate, and facilitate written and digital materials such as executive briefings, talking points, signage, and infographics for various program initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, marketing or related field is preferred.
- 5 years’ work experience in communications, marketing and/or branding area preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is very strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a decentralized environment is a plus.
- Previous experience in healthcare-related field is a plus.
