Senior Frontend Developer

We're looking for a Senior JavaScript/React Developer who shares that mindset: someone who loves to create, reimagine, and ship great products.

🚀 What You’ll Do

1. Use React and TypeScript to create intuitive, data-rich interfaces that empower users to make confident decisions.
2. Architect modular, reusable components that scale across platforms (web, server, and native), with accessibility top of mind.
3. Take ownership of implementation planning—turning high-level specs into thoughtful, efficient systems.
4. Write tests that inspire confidence: unit and integration testing using Mocha and Chai.
5. Collaborate closely with a small, focused team that values autonomy, quality, and craft.
6. Continuously refine and rethink our testing and dev processes for better speed and stability.
7. Work on both new features and thoughtful refactoring of legacy systems (yes, there's still some Angular—we’re evolving it together).

🌱 Who You Are

1. You have 7 + years of experience building modern web apps with JavaScript and React.
2. You think critically and plan before you build—you care as much about how something is built as what it does.
3. You're fluent in modern web ecosystems, with a solid foundation in CS principles or equivalent experience.
4. You bring a thoughtful, methodical approach to debugging, architecture, and clean code.
5. You’ve worked on side projects just because you love to build, and you're always curious about better ways to do things.
6. You’re collaborative, clear in your communication, and thrive in a low-process, high-trust team.
7. You care about the end-user experience, especially in the world of mobile apps and games.
8. Your influence comes from your craft

1. 30 Days: You’ve shipped your first project and developed a feel for how we plan and build.
2. 60 Days: You’re owning technical implementation for new features and taking pressure off of leadership by stepping into system-level planning.
3. 90 Days: You’re a trusted voice on the team—guiding architectural decisions, identifying areas for improvement, and helping shape what we build next.
