Job Description

As a Senior Demand Marketing Manager, you will drive integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that fuel pipeline growth and revenue. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Operations—to create and execute demand generation strategies that engage the right buyers at the right time.

We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and strategic marketer who understands the nuances of B2B buyers and account-based marketing (ABM). If you’re passionate about leveraging technology, insights, and messaging to move prospects through the buying journey, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with targeted audiences and sales objectives to drive pipeline and revenue.
2. Create marketing plans that leverage affiliate networks, paid acquisition, search, email, mobile, and website CRO.
3. Work closely with designers and copywriters to craft compelling content that aligns with campaign strategy.
4. Manage the execution, tracking, and optimization of marketing campaigns, providing performance reports and recommendations.
5. Partner with Sales and Business Development to ensure strong alignment on lead generation, outreach cadence, and follow-up strategies.
6. Own the strategy for paid media, collaborating with the paid team to drive results.
7. Integrate new campaigns into email nurture programs and optimize audience segmentation.
8. Establish and refine workflow processes to improve team efficiency and campaign performance.
9. Build and implement a reporting framework for A/B testing, ensuring data-driven campaign improvements.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven track record in developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns, including goal setting, budget management, and performance measurement.
2. Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and inbound funnel strategies.
3. Strong knowledge of SEO, CRO, email marketing, content marketing, webinars, events, PPC, and social media.
4. Ability to analyze data, implement A/B testing strategies, and optimize performance to key KPIs.
5. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally and drive measurable outcomes.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. 4+ years of experience in B2B technology/SaaS marketing.

1. Experience in fitness industry marketing (a plus).

Additional Information

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $125,000 per year. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth.
