protection of our control networks in attractions, live shows, and transportation

venues. The primary tasks of this position will be to align Cybersecurity network

security solutions with Disneyland’s existing and incoming attraction systems. If

What You'll Do

Work within a larger Operational Technology Cybersecurity team at the Disneyland Resort to:

 

• Design, implement, and build upon comprehensive logging and monitoring solutions tailored to OT environments
• Develop and maintain incident detection procedures for OT systems
• Analyze logs and other data sources to identify anomalous activities and potential breaches
• Build meaningful detections/alerts based on business needs
• Communicate clarity in the data using dashboards
• Develop and implement strategies for network traffic analysis and monitoring in OT environments
• Integrate threat intelligence into the logging and monitoring systems to enhance threat detection
• Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as NIST, IEC 62443, and others
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including OT engineers, IT professionals and other cybersecurity experts
• Take on secondary and tertiary responsibilities as required
  
   

Required Qualifications & Skills

 

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
• Direct experience working with popular tools for log management and analysis
• Strong troubleshooting ability regardless of the topic
• Ability to collaborate with local and global cybersecurity teams
• Flexible and adaptable to new challenges
• Ability to work individually with minimal supervision and as an integral part of a team
• Able to work non-traditional hours (occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays), in non-traditional settings. This can include backstage areas that could involve dark spaces, elevated walkways, and industrial environments
  
   

Preferred Qualifications

 

• Prior experience in: Entertainment venues or attractions/theme park industry, Industrial automation/manufacturing controls, or Managing SIEM and SOAR environments
• One or more general security certifications including Security+, GSEC, GICSP, CEH, OSCP, or other relevant certifications
  
   

Education

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
  
   

DISNEYTECH

The hiring range for this position in California is $112,600.00-$151,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
