As a Senior Content Creator you will create original and highly engaging social content on an everyday to weekly basis for our clients. You will be responsible for trend spotting, ideation, creative development, and execution of social content. The ideal candidate knows how to create content within the rules and etiquette of social platforms including (but not limited to): TikTok and Instagram.



 



Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



 



  •  
  • You are a hybrid creative who is an expert in all with a specialist for motion graphics, editing and design.
  •  
  • Creating content that is on-brand, on-strategy, leverages current platform trends and is true to a brands style, voice and aesthetics
  •  
  • Being proactive and quick to take initiative -- can observe a trend and quickly assess if the brand should take part
  •  
  • Finding creative ways to test new content techniques and ideas
  •  
  • Actively attending team and client meetings, presenting your work and ideas
  •  
  • Being available to commute for productions if needed.
  •  
  • Concept, design and edit content for TikTok, including trend research and music selection, in collaboration with the community manager.
  •  
  • Keep up with the latest social media trends such as news, memes, formats, tracks, etc. and find relevant ways for the brand to participate in or leverage them through content
  •  



 



Minimum Qualifications:



 



  •  
  • 5+ years of Content Creator experience within a creative environment
  •  
  • Ability to concept new ideas in a variety of channels and mediums
  •  
  • Ability to understand marketing insights and strategies to translate into compelling social campaigns
  •  
  • Ability to combine conceptual creative thinking with high-quality content delivery
  •  
  • Passionate about social media platforms, trends, technology and best practices
  •  
  • Organizational and communication skills
  •  
  • A "maker" mentality, be curious and not afraid to try new methods
  •  
  • Conceptual skills
  •
