Job Description:

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration:
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure optimal system utilization.
  • System Maintenance:
  • Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and backups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and integrations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users on Salesforce-related inquiries and issues.
  • Training and Documentation:
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote effective use of Salesforce features and functionalities.
  • Create and maintain documentation on Salesforce processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Offer ongoing support and assistance to users to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to prioritize enhancement requests and system enhancements.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned by the VP of Information Technology.
  • IT support
  • Manage incoming support tickets through the Helpdesk system.
  • Prioritize and triage support requests based on urgency and impact on business operations.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users to gather necessary information and provide updates on ticket status.
  • Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of IT equipment and software.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate IT staff

Education, Experience, Skills Required:

  • 4+ years work experience as a Salesforce Administrator role
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science is preferred
