Spa, Hearth & Home is seeking a motivated Sales Associate / Product Specialist to join our team! Spa, Hearth & Home is a family-owned and operated luxury outdoor store with nearly 25 years of operation under our belt. We specialize in patio furniture, hot tubs, swim spas, above-ground pools, fireplaces, service, and supplies. As an essential part of our sales team, you will help our customers find the best products to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell our full line of premier products and services to new and existing customers at our beautiful showroom in Maple Shade, NJ
• Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and overall value
• Answer customer questions and concerns in person and online via email and our text-based web chat platform. Leads are generated in-house by our marketing team. No cold calling is required.
• Complete and process customer contracts and financing agreements
• Follow-up with potential leads to keep customers aware of the latest products and sales.

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience is required. Previous experience selling luxury outdoor goods (Hot tubs, Swim Spas, Above-ground pools, Patio, Fireplaces, etc.) preferred but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Extremely personable, positive attitude, and approachable
• Strong negotiating and closing skills
• Detail-oriented

We are fully stocked and able to immediately satisfy consumer demand. This no-waiting cycle allows you to close more sales and receive faster and larger commission payments and draws.

Please note that we require our sales associates to work weekend hours. Full-time associates only work four – five days per week (30-38 hours per week) switching between shorter and longer weeks alternatively. Part-time associates work 2-3 days a week and must work weekends. You will work from our showroom in Maple Shade, NJ.
