Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about sales, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cold calling potential home sellers, and negotiating the terms of the sale. Learn how YOU can invest in real estate while working.
Key Duties:
- Conduct negotiations with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Utilize cold calling techniques to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside or outside sales.
- Strong proficiency in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
