FHS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the new energy automation sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop New Business:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the new energy automation market.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company’s customer base.
Generate leads through networking, attending industry events, and cold calling.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
2.Maintain and Grow Existing Accounts:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with current clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
Monitor client satisfaction and work towards improving service delivery.
3.Sales Management:
Set and achieve sales targets and objectives.
Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
4.Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure product specifications meet client requirements.
Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure products meet the highest standards.
Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the new energy automation or related industry.
3.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6.Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
7.Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with power batteries, energy storage products, or electronic control products.
Knowledge of production equipment and quality control processes.
Established network of contacts within the new energy sector.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
