Role: Sales Director

Location: Fully remote, United States

Full-Time Position


The Company: A Publicly Traded AdTech company, focused on the Demand Side. They provide omni-channel programmatic solutions, running across CTV, Video, Audio, Display and Native.



  • Develop Sales strategy, identifying key markets and target clients
  • Meet and exceed sales goals via net new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
  • As the key point of contact for territory accounts, you will cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Account Management, Media Buying and Product teams to meet client long and short-term goals


Experience and Attributes:

  • 2 - 10 years of closing sales experience in the AdTech / Programmatic / Digital Media space
  • Strong network of relevant relationships across Agencies and Brands
  • Ideally, experience will be primarily working with Independent agencies
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of success via meeting and exceeding previous sales goals


What's in it for you:

  • Base salary of $100,000 to $150,000 - dependant on level of experience
  • OTE of $200-300K (X2 OTE) - this is uncapped
