Job Overview
ReferralMD is seeking an enthusiastic, curious professional with a passion for improving healthcare through technology and driving new revenue for the business. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the 'tip of the spear' and a critical function for the organization's growth. As ReferralMD's new Sales Development Representative, you'll be an important person on the Sales team to drive new customer acquisition and exceed revenue goals. We're looking for a self-motivated, naturally curious, coachable person that is not derailed by obstacles.

Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the ReferralMD platform and value proposition
- Research, identify, and maintain new leads for both inbound and outbound prospects through Hubspot, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other methods
- Set qualified meetings with prospects for the Sales team that turn into revenue
- Qualify prospects through targeted questions about their business challenges then leverage this information to align and sell ReferralMD’s product offerings
- Demo the ReferralMD platform and articulate the value proposition with prospects
- Keep track of all required KPIs (calls, meetings set, meetings completed, etc.)
Qualifications
- 0-1 year related sales experience.
- A passion for improving healthcare
- Excited about joining a small but growing team that's making a difference in patient care
- Self-starter with a great attitude and a high degree of empathy
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail. (Please demonstrate your attention to detail by answering the question 'When was the last time you helped someone?' in your submission)
- Eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work
- Bonus (but not required): Previous Healthcare experience
