Job Description:

Check Off Your List (COYL) is hiring a remote Marketing Specialist to support our exponential growth.

 

 

COYL provides highly trained, remote professionals in bookkeeping, executive assistance, human resources, marketing, web design, and IT Support on a pay-what-you-need model so our clients can focus on what matters most – their business.

 

 

This is a remote position (seeking employees based in Delaware, Florida, Maine, Ohio, Texas) reporting to Director of Marketing.

 

 

The Marketing Specialist’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Video Content Editing
  • Website Design skills (Elementor, Shopify, WordPress)
  • Social Media Graphics
  • Content Creation (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Active Campaign (Newsletters, Auto Responders and Drip Campaigns)
  • Creating Blog Graphics
  • Ability to break down a big picture requests into step-by-step action items
  • Bonus: PowerPoint Design Skills

 

 

Required

  • 2-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Professional meeting etiquette
  • Writing and editing skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud programs
  • Proficient in Canva
  • Proficient in Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)

Preferred

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years' experience in both Marketing and Social Media
  • Experience with Premiere Pro, Photoshop, WordPress, Email Service Providers
  • Previous marketing experience

 

 

Job Type

  • Part-time (10-15 hours/week to start)
