Job Description:
We are hiring IMMEDIATELY for a Facebook Ads - Social Media Coordinator to join us!

Salary: $50K - $60K
Location: Remote living within 1 hour of Worcester, MA.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Facebook advertising campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct audience research and analysis to identify target demographics and interests for ad targeting.
  • Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creative, messaging, and targeting for improved performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and analysts, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising and digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience in managing Facebook advertising campaigns, with a strong track record of driving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including ad creation, audience targeting, budgeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, such as Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms, to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Relevant certifications in Facebook advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint certification) are a must.
