Job Description:

AePEX Energy operates a fleet of transport tanker trucks that supplies propane to our Wholesale customers.

We are seeking a high energy, highly motivated, self-driven and disciplined Relationship Manager, who will represent our growing energy company in seeking business opportunities within the commercial, industrial and B2B space.

The primary roll of the propane sales agent will include: engaging with current and potential customers face-to-face, phone, zoom and email;

Actively seek new opportunities for agricultural, commercial, and industrial growth; and engaging with team members to ensure customer satisfaction at all stages.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Achieving and maintaining sales goals.

· Develop an overall strategic and operational sales plan for specific accounts in areas assigned, with the purpose to increase sales and sales margin.

· Ensure follow-up with customers throughout the entire sales process.

· Develop new sales leads by prospecting and pursing targeted new business through calling and visiting potential customers.

· Negotiate and close new sales contracts and service agreements.

· Actively participate in industry organizations.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

· 3-5+ years of outside sales, account management and development

· A proven track record in sales, account management and development

· Profit and loss analysis on proposed sales orders and understanding of profit margins.

· California
