You'll be part of a large construction general contractor and developer firm located in South Florida, offices in Miami and West Palm Beach. Specialized in Commercial (High End Commercial, Federal, Educational) and Multifamily - High End Condo Construction. Projects between 50M / +150M.

Responsibilities

Support the SR PM'S / VP in managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.

Will also be accountable for maintaining relationships with the clients, subcontractors, building trust and value throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.

5-10 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Multifamily, Educational, Club Houses, ground up / renovations. (Projects over 50-100M)

To be successful you need to be able to read construction drawings, coordination, and be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.

Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.

Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's are important.

In return, you will receive a package of up to $110,000 - 140,000 plus benefits, allowances, and other perks.
