Job Description:

We’re currently seeking a Project/Account Coordinator (Contract) for an exciting opportunity with a leading e-commerce company that operates online travel agencies and comparison shopping websites.


  1. This is a 12-month project that offers 100% remote work
  2. Only Candidates Within The USA Need Apply.
  3. Hourly Pay: $25 per hour.
  4. This position is open to candidates located in the PST or Central Time Zones only.


As a Project/Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Territory Sales Managers by managing administrative tasks and assisting with general account management. Your work will directly contribute to the improvement of online travel products, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction across markets.


Responsibilities:

  1. Support Territory Sales Managers in managing accounts and driving sales performance.
  2. Perform quality checks for online travel products to ensure they meet company standards.
  3. Collaborate with the team to enhance product offerings and understand customer preferences in various markets.
  4. Assist with administrative tasks to streamline project operations.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  2. Bi-Lingual (Spanish) speaking is a plus
  3. 1-3 years of experience as a Project or Account Coordinator.
  4. Strong self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives effectively.
  5. Passionate about excellence and success, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to achieving goals.
