Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth investors. Partnering with many of the world’s largest private banks and wealth management firms, Blackstone’s Private Wealth Solutions team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone’s alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.

Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Platforms & Experience team is a rapidly growing group of talented individuals responsible for building and optimizing PWS’ suite of digital properties designed to serve Financial Advisors and their clients.

We seek an Associate to lead content production, activation, and promotion initiatives across financial advisor-facing verticals within PWS. This role will provide a single point of contact for digital marketing efforts in support of select products and coordinate cross-functional activity. The Associate will be accountable for content updates across these sites, in partnership with investment content owners as well as subject matter experts from design, technology, and marketing. The Associate will manage, grow, and improve their portfolio of websites with the goal of delivering best-in-class digital experiences, driving traffic, and deepening engagement across our key Financial Advisor audience segments.

Success in this role will be driven by a collaborative approach, user- and client-centric thinking, and a commercial mindset. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engaging audiences with timely and relevant insights brought to life through best in class visual and interactive experiences. Content production and activation will be key to PWS’ growth, and the ideal candidate will be excited to tackle these with dedicated focus on a highly visible set of products.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
 

  • Own the updating and content accuracy of select financial advisor-facing PWS product websites, including both project management and content creation in the WordPress content management system (CMS)
  • Own intake & prioritization of in-bound content requests
  • Partner with content owners to define and capture business requirements.
  • Drive design and user experience consistency across portfolio of PWS product websites
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product and Channel Marketing, Technology, Legal/Compliance, and other teams firmwide to drive digital activation across a high-volume promotional calendar.
  • Leverage WordPress, Brightcove, other digital asset management and project management tools to drive content production from development to execution.
  • Lead post-launch measurement discussions and drive actionable insights from digital performance data.
  • Establish and manage toward site KPIs, drive improvement recommendations from analytics.
  • Enhance the site visitor experience with strategic customer journey mapping, lead-gen process improvements, and information architecture enhancements.
  • Develop relationships with key individuals across the firm to understand best practices and help reinforce marketing standards for consistent branding and messaging, while maximizing marketing impact
  • Learn from and absorb knowledge about competitive offerings, market trends and industry developments in the private wealth management and private equity, credit, and real estate spaces.
  • Support analytics reporting and marketing automation efforts.
  • Other digital marketing and content development activities as assigned
     

Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with preference to financial services, asset management industry, private equity & credit, or private/commercial real estate background
  • Prior experience managing content in an enterprise CMS. WordPress preferred, but Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Umbraco, Drupal, or similar highly valued.
  • Experience managing a content production calendar and driving to deadlines with content owners.
  • Experience developing and interpreting web dashboards (e.g. Tableau), articulating KPIs, and driving recommendations from data-driven insights
  • Experience managing individual contributors, small teams, or outsourced consultants/agencies.
  • Strong project management skills in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Desire to gain deep focus into private markets and its various asset classes, while working across products, geographies, and regulatory structures
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, and handle simultaneous projects and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to think proactively and stay organized.

Expected annual base salary range:

$125,000 - $165,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
