Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

- Schedule and conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target market segments.

- Manage content marketing efforts, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.

- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials.

- Oversee product management processes, ensuring alignment with market demands.

- Execute performance marketing campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

- Gather feedback from clients and report on market needs, challenges, and potential product improvements.

- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

- Conduct SEO analysis to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.

- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary for continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the healthcare of laboratory services industry.

- Strong knowledge of content marketing principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design tasks.

- Familiarity with product management processes is preferred.

- Experience in email marketing strategies and tools.

- Demonstrated ability in performance marketing techniques.

- Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail.

- Solid understanding of SEO principles to enhance online presence.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.

- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.

Compensation

- $50,000 - $60,000 per year

- Commissions based on performance
