The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive our cutting-edge approach to Medicare marketing. In this role, you'll be instrumental in optimizing our multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns, analyzing complex data sets, and developing innovative strategies to increase ROI and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across social media, search, and display networks for Medicare-related products and services
  • Apply system-level thinking to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights, driving continuous improvement in our marketing strategies
  • Leverage technology to supercharge our marketing efforts and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Conduct audience research and develop clever, creative campaign ideas for paid search and paid social in the Medicare market
  • Monitor and optimize day-to-day performance across various media channels, with a focus on direct response and performance metrics
  • Create and manage detailed reports on campaign results, data stories, and spend recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with our tight-knit, cross-functional team to align marketing efforts with our vision of transforming the Medicare market
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes in the Medicare industry and adapt our marketing strategies accordingly
  • Identify marketing performance issues and conduct root cause analysis using advanced analytics tools
  • Develop easy-to-use reporting and visualization dashboards for key metrics

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the Medicare or healthcare industry or another insurance vertical
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid social and display advertising campaigns in high-value, considered purchase verticals
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms relevant to Medicare marketing
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
  • Highly quantitative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in Medicare marketing or related healthcare fields
  • Familiarity with telephony-focused marketing strategies in high-value verticals
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations in Medicare and healthcare marketing
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization specific to the Medicare market
  • Google Analytics certification or other relevant marketing certifications
