The Sales Operations team within the Video Security & Access Control division of Motorola Solutions operates under the chief vice president of sales. At a high level, the global sales operations team is responsible for supporting and enabling frontline sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively by reducing friction in the sales process and influencing channel growth with direct and indirect partners, as well as distributors.
Job Description
The Partner Onboarding Intern plays a key role in the Worldwide Video Sales Operations Team, contributing directly to the growth and success of our partner channel. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential new Video Security and Access Control partners to ensure their onboarding process is smooth and stress free; from the time they submit their interest in becoming a Partner to signing their contracts to submitting their first order. This will be a stepping stone for someone who wants a career path in sales, sales operations or customer success.
