Position Summary: Inspire Nurse Leaders is seeking a creative, organized, and strategic Part-Time Digital Marketing Manager, Strategist, & Content Creator to lead the execution of our digital marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing our online presence, and crafting compelling content that drives engagement with our audience of nurse leaders and healthcare organizations. The Digital Marketing Manager, Strategist, & Content Creator will plan and execute digital marketing initiatives to elevate brand awareness, strengthen engagement, and drive growth. This role is responsible for managing our website, social media presence, email marketing, social medial campaigns, and analytics, while maintaining a cohesive brand identity. The ideal candidate is an independent, proactive, organized self-starter with strong creative, analytical, and exceptional communication skills who thrives in a collaborative and fast-moving environment. This is a remote, part-time role (approximately 15–20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing & Strategy Develop and execute marketing strategies (both organic and paid) to promote offerings (executive coaching, group coaching, on-demand learning, workshops, webinars, keynotes, consulting services).
  2. Plan and implement marketing campaigns for new initiatives and events.
  3. Track performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on insights and engagement.
  4. Social Media Management Create and schedule visually engaging and brand-aligned posts for Instagram and LinkedIn.
  5. Ensure copy and imagery reflects Inspire Nurse Leaders’ tone and mission. Coordinate video/reel strategy for all social media platforms.
  6. Website Management Regularly update website content, including services, course offerings, event details, and blog posts in alignment with SEO practices.
  7. Ensure design consistency, mobile responsiveness, and a user-friendly experience.
  8. Collaborate with designers and subject matter experts as needed. Email Marketing Create and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Hubspot, Apollo, etc.
  9. Write, design, and schedule newsletters, announcements, and follow-up series for events and lead nurturing. Build and segment email lists and track engagement performance.
  10. Content Creation & Coordination Develop content strategy - including content calendar, planning, ideation/creation and ongoing optimization Develop brand-consistent language and visuals across platforms.
  11. Repurpose content for multiple platforms (e.g., webinar clips → Instagram reels, blog → email series). Collaboration with Leadership Align closely with company leadership to ensure strategies align with business goals.
  12. Develop and present updates, reports, and data analysis on a regular cadence for digital marketing portfolio.
  13. Seamlessly work with team members across company service lines to ensure continuous alignment of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, or content creation (healthcare or education industry a plus).
  2. Strong understanding of both organic and paid social content strategies.
  3. Excellent communication, writing and storytelling skills with an eye for clean, modern visual design.
  4. Demonstrated ability to craft compelling and strategic content tailored to a highly educated, academic audience.
  5. Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  6. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media schedulers.
  7. Experience managing small-scale marketing campaigns from strategy through implementation.
  8. Self-starter, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  9. Passion for leadership development, healthcare, or mission-driven work is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
