Job Description:

As an Outbound Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s revenue growth. Your main responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions that align with our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily outbound sales calls to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and propose the best solutions.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop new sales strategies.
  • Travel 6-8 times a year for events.

Daily Routine on a Performance Basis:

  • Start the day with a team meeting to discuss targets and strategies.
  • Spend the first half of the day making outbound calls, following up on leads, and scheduling appointments.
  • Mid-day review of progress against daily and weekly targets.
  • Afternoon focused on nurturing leads, client meetings (virtual or in-person), and closing deals.
  • End of day wrap-up to update the CRM system and plan the next day's activities.
  • Weekly performance review with the sales manager to discuss achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years experience in Behavioral Health.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.

Pay Structure:

  • $55,000-$60,000 base pay + commission + bonuses.
  • Annual compensation target of $95,000 to $120,000.
