Reports to: Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Development

Purpose:

We are looking for a skilled Technology & Analytics Manager that manages enterprise training administration, reporting, and analytics. This position owns the enterprise learning experience platform to include ongoing management and optimization; creates and shares enterprise learning analytics with key stakeholders; identifies and manages additional technology solutions in support of OE&D goals; and will create and manage the annual enterprise training calendar. The successful candidate has expertise and experience in reporting and analytics, including creating dashboards and metrics stories to share relevant data with key stakeholders; expertise and experience managing learning experience platforms or learning management systems; and experience training others on system administration.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Manages the enterprise learning experience platform to maximize functionality and ensure the organization is getting the best ROI on the investment, including configuration, reporting, certifications, gamification & badges, system maintenance and documentation.
  • Manages learning experience platform systems integrations (e.g. with HRIS), role assignments, and data integrity for record keeping.
  • Proactively identifies optimization opportunities within the tool to enhance the user experience.
  • Determines system administrator scope and criteria; train additional users on administration functionality.
  • Creates training reports and analytics within and outside of the learning experience platform.
  • Consults and advises training mangers on program setup within the system following best practices to achieve program goals.
  • Provides technical support to learners and administrators.
  • Assists with audits and accreditations.
  • Identifies, implements, and manages additional technology solutions to support the Organizational Effectiveness & Development team.
     

Required Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree required in educational technology, instructional design, or similar.
     

Business Experience:
 

  • 5+ years of experience in learning experience platform or learning management systems administration.
  • Experience creating learning reports, analyzing data, and making performance recommendations.
  • Excellent technical acumen.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer focused orientation delivering an outstanding level of service.
  • Proactive orientation.
     

Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Articulate experience.
  • Cornerstone experience.
     

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. When in-office this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and communications via MS Teams.

The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, and see a computer screen.
