Salary: $80,000 - $120,000

Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports, plans and specifications for building projects
• Design and produce engineering documents and specifications based on calculations
• Plan, schedule, conduct and/or coordinate engineering work
• Interpret and revise engineering documents
• Conceive, plan and conduct research
• Select and size equipment for building systems
• Participate in contract bidding and administration
• Assist in coordination of projects with clients, contractors, outside consultants and firm staff
• Efficient communication with clients, colleagues, etc
• Assist in resolving a variety of complex problems

Qualifications:

• 5 years in mechanical engineering
• Extensive knowledge in HVAC design
• PE Licensure Required
• Proficient in Revit
• Knowledge of engineering and architectural principles, practices and techniques
• Knowledge of codes and regulations
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed
