The Marketing Part Time will support the marketing team in various initiatives to increase brand awareness, promote services, and engage with the community. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing.

Essential Job Functions:

Use social media and networking to find more landlords with short, medium and long term rental needs. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations. (Negotiate and sign at least 4 clients per month for the company.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print.
• Support the planning and execution of community events and outreach programs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $2000 - $8000 (This job is paid on commission with no basic salary. The commission for each signed client is between $500 and $2000.)

Promotion opportunities: 3 months after joining the company, I performed well and achieved good performance. The company will consider transitioning full-time with a base salary.
