About the Role:
We are seeking a Marketing & Growth Project Specialist to drive business growth in the alcohol industry by executing high-impact marketing campaigns, improving operational efficiencies, and leveraging data insights. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, consumer engagement, and strategy execution, requiring a blend of project management, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define Strategy (10%) – Work with leadership to develop occasion-based marketing strategies.
- Lead Execution (60%) – Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Analyze & Optimize (30%) – Conduct campaign retrospectives, analyze performance data (leveraging SQL), and identify best practices for future initiatives.

Technical Skills & Experience:
- Google Sheets / Excel – Proficiency required (data manipulation, trend analysis, reporting).
- Campaign Management – Willing to learn campaign setup, auditing, and execution.
- Figma – Ability to use templates for banner and email designs; willingness to advance skills.
- SQL – Basic understanding to write and manipulate queries for performance tracking.
- Project & Stakeholder Management – Experience handling multiple projects and cross-functional communication.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Ability to extract campaign insights, measure ROI, and optimize strategies.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects on a weekly basis.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to execute campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and generate insights to improve marketing ROI.
- Execute merchandising audits, promotional activations, and campaign management.
- Develop efficiency strategies, including templates and workflow improvements.
Example Projects:
- Designing and implementing promotional marketing campaigns (banners, emails, digital flyers).
- Running A/B tests to determine high-ROI marketing levers.
- Improving campaign execution efficiency through process optimization.
- Developing insights from alcohol-specific consumer behaviors and marketing performance.
