We are seeking to hire a Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sensory and consumer research.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following supporting:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to promote our services and solutions to target industries.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Develop lead generation and nurturing strategies.
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including case studies, white papers, and capability presentations.
- Partner with the sales function, providing tools and strategies to connect with current and potential clients.
- Work collaboratively with the digital marketing manager and technical teams to oversee the company's online presence to ensure cohesive website content.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and trade shows to promote our expertise and services.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support B2B sales function
- Travel Required - Up to 20% of the time; based on needs
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the consulting or research industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical/Science background a plus
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or university) or greater
Experience: 5+ years related experience – specifically B@B Marketing, Sales 2
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Demands: Sedentary work.
