We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various marketing disciplines, including sales, promotions and public relations. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively position our brand in the marketplace.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Oversee social media marketing efforts
- Create compelling copy for print and digital marketing
- Develop relationships with hospitals, physicians and assisted living staff to increase hospice referrals.
- Provide inservice / education to referral sources such as hospitals, doctor offices and assisted living facilities.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales / marketing, preferable in the medical field.
- Familiarity with print advertising techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Outsanding communication skills both one-on-one and in a group setting.
- Ability to initiate hospice referrals
