Job Description:

3G Productions is a multi-faceted live entertainment production company, headquartered in Las Vegas with substantial operations in Los Angeles. 3G owns high-end professional audio, lighting, video, and rigging equipment that it rents out to and operates for concert promotors, bands, live performance venues, casinos, and corporations. Additionally, 3G specializes in project management, design, and installation of professional production equipment for large scale performance venues and sports arenas.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth for 3G Productions LLC. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across digital platforms, content creation, and brand development, ensuring 3G’s presence continues to grow and resonate with our target audience.

This role will require a proactive individual who can think strategically and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns that align with 3G’s vision and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development & Strategy

  1. Develop and refine 3G’s brand messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  2. Collaborate with leadership to define and execute a clear vision for 3G’s market positioning in the live event production industry.
  3. Conduct brand audits and market research to identify growth opportunities, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  4. Create and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

Campaign Management & Execution

  1. Develop and manage paid marketing strategies across digital platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram) to ensure strong ROI and a balanced approach.
  2. Lead content creation for multiple platforms (blogs, social media, newsletters) to ensure all materials are on-brand and resonate with target audiences.
  3. Work closely with sales, operations, and production teams to align marketing strategies with company goals and project timelines.
  4. Provide marketing support for event promotions, working with event coordinators and production teams for seamless execution.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  1. Implement SEO best practices to enhance 3G’s online presence, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings.
  2. Use marketing automation tools and analytics platforms to streamline processes and adjust strategies based on performance data.
  3. Regularly analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to optimize efforts.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, ideally in the live events, entertainment, or similar industries.
  3. Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Experience in email marketing platforms and creating automated workflows.
  6. Familiarity with HTML and basic web design principles, with experience using content management systems (CMS) or e-commerce platforms a plus.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, engaging content and present ideas effectively.
  8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  10. Passion for the live event production industry and a strong understanding of the trends and best practices.

Schedule/Hours of Work:

  1. Position is based and operated out of Las Vegas NV. (Warehouse)
  2. Variable; Weekday is normal business hours; Weekends are scheduled on an as needed basis.
  3. Hours will fluctuate depending on demand.
  4. Travel: Less than 5% annually.

Compensation/Benefits:

  1. Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 (DOE), submissions must have salary requirements included.
  2. Benefits include:
