POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and online visibility through strategic SEO, paid advertising, social media, and public relations initiatives. This role requires a data-driven marketer with expertise in optimizing digital campaigns, managing content strategies, and enhancing media presence to elevate the company’s market position. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of analytical skills, creativity, and communication expertise to execute high-impact marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO & Web
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Oversee website content optimization, technical SEO, and link-building efforts.
- Track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Collaborate with developers and content creators to enhance UX and conversion rates.
- Oversee and manage a third party for a website overhaul.
Paid Ads
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms.
- Manage ad budgets to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Social Media
- Develop and implement a multi-channel social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit
- Create and curate engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and manage community interactions.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
PR & Media
- Develop and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand reputation.
- Build relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
- Manage press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content.
- Monitor brand mentions and industry trends to identify PR opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- US-based candidate
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, paid ads, social media, and PR.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush) and analytics platforms (GA and HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of content marketing, branding, and media relations.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns for performance.
