Job Title: Marketing Internship - ClassPass

Company Name: Mindbody
Job Industry: Marketing and Advertising
Job Type: Full time
WorkPlace Type: On-Site
Location: None, ,
Job Description:

ClassPass is revolutionizing the fitness and wellness industry by bringing together the world’s best classes and experiences into one app. Founded in 2013 by Payal Kadakia, ClassPass connects members to millions of classes in 30 countries around the globe and is now available as a wellness benefit with some of the world’s leading employers. We make it easy to prioritize your health, whether you decide to head to a local studio, play an on-demand workout or book yourself a much-needed wellness appointment. Over 100 million reservations later, we truly believe that we’re just getting started.

At ClassPass we value people who are intellectually curious, who are pragmatic not dogmatic, and people who care about our product, their teammates, and their own personal growth. We are faced with an interesting set of technical challenges, and we believe in giving our engineers the autonomy to go and solve them. Much of our team comes from non-traditional computing backgrounds; we know that by bringing together a diverse set of voices we’ll be able to build a better product, and a better company. We care less about what languages or frameworks you know, and care more that you are excited to produce high-quality code and be constantly learning. Our engineers work in cross-functional teams that are focused on impact, and movement between teams is encouraged. We work very closely with our brilliant product team to deliver a world class user experience, and ultimately to empower our users to live their fullest, healthiest lives.

How you’ll contribute?

Reporting to the Senior Regional Marketing Lead - APAC, you will support the growth goals for our APAC markets in adapting the global program strategy for the local markets and develop market-specific campaigns and initiatives to drive growth at scale. This will include increasing awareness of ClassPass and our products, as well as engaging local communities and influencers to grow the ClassPass brand. Leveraging your marketing skills (social, events, inbound marketing, email marketing, etc.) you will reach and activate new customers in this market. You care deeply about building an enduring brand, and are creative in the ways you approach solving problems in scrappy, experiment-first ways.

You are a curious self-starter and like to get your hands dirty. You have some experience working in hyper growth environments across a number of different channels. You care deeply about building an enduring brand, are creative about developing new campaigns, and rigorous about learning from the data you collect and the experimental campaigns you run.

Sounds great, but what will I actually do?

  1. Support the social media calendar and in-app merchandizing

  2. Support localized content, email, and inbound marketing channels to ensure a personalized and effective customer activation strategy

  3. Connect with local community leaders, influencers and brand partners to drive brand awareness

  4. Support weekly data reporting

  5. Partner with the greater marketing organization and central marketing teams to grow the overall business, exchange learnings, and better codify our global marketing strategy.

This will be a 6-month remote and full-time internship.
