Assists in coordination of marketing activities in advertising, promotion, sales, research, public relations, community involvement and new product introductions.
Summary of essential job functions
Support the execution of campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives. This role requires a creative, highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working on multiple projects. This individual will provide administrative and creative support to help achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
1. Campaign Support
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print).
2. Content Creation
3. Social Media Management
Help manage and schedule social media content, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages.
4. Market Research
Assist with the analysis of market data to create strategies that will retain existing customers and attract new business.
5. Misc.
Assist with planning and organizing events.
· Coordinate giveaways for community events, lender gifts, product campaigns etc.
Minimum requirements/qualifications
Associates or BA in Marketing along with 1 to 2 years of related work experience. This should include social media content management, digital/print ad content creation, and analyzing market demographics. Experience with Canva design tool a definite plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
