Summary

As a Marketing Coordinator at Mount Shasta Resort, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive guest engagement. Responsibilities

1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
2. Manage email marketing initiatives to engage with potential and existing guests.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
4. Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
5. Collaborate with the team on content creation for social media platforms and website updates.
6. Support budgeting processes for marketing activities to ensure effective resource allocation.
7. Utilize analytics tools to track performance and generate reports for management review.
8. Coordinate advertising efforts to promote resort offerings effectively.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on digital strategies.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
4. Excellent written communication skills for copywriting and content creation.
