THIS POSITION WILL WORK OUT OF THE MINOT OFFICE OF CENTURY 21 MORRISON REALTY!

Century 21 Morrison Realty is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Director in enhancing our brand presence and executing impactful marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in creating high-quality content, managing social media, and supporting agent success through training and resources. This position complements the strategic role of the Marketing Director by focusing on content creation, design, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation:
  2. Develop and design high-quality graphics for digital media, print marketing, and advertising campaigns.
  3. Create, shoot, and edit photography and videography for the company and its marketing efforts.
  4. Manage the planning, creation, and posting of engaging social media content that aligns with the company’s branding and goals.
  5. Produce content for the company website, ensuring consistency and alignment with branding.
  6. Training & Support:
  7. Provide training to real estate agents on Century 21 tools, photography, and videography to enhance their marketing efforts.
  8. Assist real estate agents with marketing questions, branding guidance, and technical support.
  9. Public Relations & Communication:
  10. Maintain and manage the company’s public relations efforts, ensuring a positive and professional public image.
  11. Work collaboratively with the Marketing Director to align marketing strategies and messaging.
  12. Website & Digital Management:
  13. Oversee website design and content updates, ensuring functionality and brand consistency.
  14. Optimize the company’s digital presence for searchability and audience engagement.
  15. Collaboration & Other Duties:
  16. Work alongside the Marketing Director on overall marketing strategy and execution.
  17. Take on additional duties and special projects as assigned to support business goals.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  3. Proficiency in shooting, editing, and publishing video and photo content.
  4. Experience with graphic design and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  5. Excellent writing skills for creating compelling and clear content.
  6. Background in photography and videography, including post-production.
  7. Familiarity with office software and digital tools.
  8. Experience managing WordPress websites is a plus.

Reports To

The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Director and work closely with the broader marketing team to achieve the company’s objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
