Key Responsibilities:
- Event Setup & Automations: Organize, automate, and ensure our events run seamlessly, from planning to execution.
- Website Maintenance: Keep our website updated, functional, and aligned with our brand. If something’s broken, you’ll fix it—or find someone who can.
- Social Media Management: Handle our profiles like a pro, growing engagement and ensuring we remain relevant to our audience.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to bring in quality leads.
- Content Editing: Polish video and audio content until it’s client-ready and professional.
- Email Campaigns & Newsletters: Write, schedule, and manage communications that get read (not trashed).
- Branding & Public Relations: Ensure everything we put out looks, sounds, and feels like ASTPS—and makes us proud.
- Online Community Management: Oversee our communities, fostering productive discussions while staying on top of trends.
- CRM Management: Be the point person for keeping our CRM organized and functional (bonus if you’re an automation whiz).
- Event Prep: Assist in the preparation and logistics for our events, ensuring all the small details are covered.
