Luma Marketing Group is a privately owned outsourced marketing, sales, and promotions firm based in Loveland. We seek team-oriented individuals who enjoy working with others and maintaining relationships with our prestigious clientele.

We promote our client's products and services by actively participating in field marketing and sales programs in retail environments. Marketing Associates will work closely with other team members to support promotional activities and utilize your marketing expertise to help execute brand awareness programs to increase demand and drive sales.

This position is full-time and involves responsibilities in:

1. Set up and execute in-store marketing campaigns
2. Generate new sales
3. Quickly apply sales and marketing techniques to promote client information
4. Strong people skills to professionally promote our client's brands
5. Maintain current relationships with clients by reaching sales goals
6. Comfortable working hands-on to set up

Job Requirements:

The position at our company is entry-level so no direct experience is necessary. We believe that hard work, a student mentality, and exceptional communication skills are all that someone needs to be successful in our firm.

Training will be provided in multiple aspects of our company including; promotions, marketing, customer service, and sales.

We are located in Loveland, CO and all candidates must be willing to commute daily.
