**Job Overview:**

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies across various channels to promote our real estate listings and enhance our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Team Leader to develop and execute marketing plans for real estate listings.
  • Create compelling content for email marketing campaigns to engage prospective buyers and sellers.
  • Design and produce engaging newsletters featuring property highlights, market insights, and team updates.
  • Produce high-quality video content showcasing properties and team members, including property tours and agent interviews.
  • Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels to showcase properties and build a strong online presence.
  • Develop and implement targeted advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other digital platforms to reach potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in maintaining the team's website and ensuring all listings are up-to-date and accurately presented.

Requirements:

  • Working towards or graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Command) and CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate marketing trends and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
