Collaborate with the general manager to coordinate and execute events and generate and implement marketing content. Perform general office tasks.
Essential Functions:
1) Tasting Room
a. Keep tasting room supplied with necessary paperwork & change.
b. Support tasting room staff during high traffic times.
2) Office
a. General
i. Office correspondence: receive, route, and reply to email, phone, and
ii. Monitor and order supplies as needed for lodging and tasting room
iii. Input tasting room sales receipts
iv. Vinoshipper: process orders, deposits, resolve shipping claims/issues
v. Process and receive payments for wholesale orders
vi. Post bills
b. Lodging
i. Process reservations on-line and by phone
ii. Complete and supply paperwork for check-ins to tasting room
iii. Ensure rooms are ready and any details are attended to (ex: late guests, packages)
3) Events
a. Coordinate on-site events (general correspondence, bookings, insurance, liquor licensing, etc.)
b. Maintain relationship with confirmed bookings through the date of the event.
c. Perform on site, day of, support for the event, including set up and tear down.
4) Marketing
a. Oversee donations program (review requests, get manager approval, write up paperwork and coordinate assembly & delivery)
b. Collaborate with the general manager to develop marketing strategies and plans.
c. Generate social media content and post.
d. Generate marketing emails.
This position must be able and willing to perform all tasting room clerk and housekeeper tasks.
