Donvan+Associates, doing business as Donovan Digital, seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing and Content Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and driving lead-generation efforts for our B2B clients.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement tailored marketing plans for individual building product clients, aligning with their business objectives and target audience.
Content Creation & Management:
- Lead content strategy, overseeing the creation of high-quality content for email campaigns, social media, blogs, websites, and AIA continuing education courses (PowerPoint presentations, articles, videos).
- Ensure content is informative, engaging, resonates with architects, designers, and building owners, and adheres to AIA requirements.
Campaign Execution:
- Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing and social media campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
Client Collaboration:
- Build strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance on marketing initiatives and content development.
- Proactively identify opportunities for clients to expand their reach and impact.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics, reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Use data to refine strategies and optimize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally with architectural building products or related industries.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication (written and verbal), project management, data analysis, and content creation skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of AIA continuing education requirements, digital marketing platforms, and content marketing strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with building codes and construction standards.
- Knowledge of graphic design or video production.
