We are looking for a talented SaaS Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team specializing in software / digital technology for the Cummins Digital Organization in Indianapolis, IN at the Cummins DBU Headquarters (Hybrid) in downtown Indy.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Utilizing Digital media savvy emerging digital media strategies (e.g. email automation, social media, content management systems, etc.) to influence buyer behavior. 
  • Utilizing Creative Communication Design  applying appropriate tools and media types to create effective, high-quality visual and experiential media.
  • Business Writing, and Project management of various communication initiatives, including collateral and asset development
  • Anticipating and balancing needs of multiple stakeholders while supporting our Components Segment communications
  • Brand Management, creating a competitive advantage through brand recognition, applying brand standards to create a consistent perception.
  • Data Analytics, interpreting information and leveraging analytical problem-solving tools and communicating meaningful patterns that drive business insights while assessing the quality of data.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • College, university, or equivalent to Bachelors’ Degree in communications, marketing or related subject required. MBA, Master's in Communications, or Marketing, or equivalent degree highly preferred. 8+ years relevant work experience required
  • Digital experience in emerging trends, metrics, and paid vs. organic, advertising content
  • Seasoned in digital technology platform branding, messaging, collateral development, and marketing campaign management for SaaS (software as a service) and digital hardware device products.
  • Extensive communications portfolio of SaaS work samples required

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
