We are looking for a talented MARKET INTELLIGENCE MANAGER to join our team specializing in MARKETING for our CORPORATE BUSINESS UNIT/CBS BUSINESS SEGMENT in COLUMBUS, IN, or your approved Hybrid location.  

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Market Forecasting - Analyzes and interprets market data from a variety of internal and external sources and modeling to formulate unbiased market.
  • Data Analytics - Discovers, interprets and communicates qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Market Analysis - Researches information using meaningful and valid sources and data to expand your knowledge of markets.
  • Market Positioning - Compiles market overview and trends to build frameworks which provide market insights to the decision-making process.
  • Deriving Market Insights - Researches and collects market and competitor's product data, trends, and positioning using a variety of primary and secondary sources; analyzes the information to develop strategic responses, propose projects and solutions, and appropriately allocate resources in order to maximize business value.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • College, university or equivalent degree in marketing, sales, business administration or related subject required.
  • At least six (6) years of professional experience in marketing, sales, business administration or related subject required.
  • Solid understanding of Bus and Components markets, including emerging trends, industry dynamics, and competition.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, including hands-on experience with forecasting and modeling.
  • Ability to translate large amounts of unstructured information and data into a clear story and to offer actionable recommendations.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability while having the ability to effectively manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines. Self-motivated and self-managed.
  • Deriving Market Insights - Researches and collects market and competitor's product data, trends, and positioning using a variety of primary and secondary sources; analyzes the information to develop strategic responses, propose projects and solutions, and appropriately allocate resources in order to maximize business valueh conflicting deadlines. Self-motivated and self-managed.

     

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
