We are seeking a dynamic Content Writer to join our team. The Creative Content Writer will work with business leaders and stakeholders to turn strategic and technical information into clear, differentiating customer benefits for use in business development collateral, web content, multimedia, PR, and other short and long-form content assets. You will also play a pivotal part in crafting corporate messaging and applying it across assets. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for storytelling, a knack for strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the SaaS and software industry.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for diverse marketing assets, including but not limited to web copy, video scripts, social media posts, and blog articles. Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, optimized for SEO, and resonates with target audiences.
- Content Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the content strategy, in line with the annual marketing plan and corporate priorities. Tailor content to address the specific needs and challenges of B2B key targets across various industries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with demand generation marketing, sales, and product teams to develop cohesive messaging for corporate and campaign initiatives. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all marketing channels. Jointly schedule the publication and promotion of the content across channels and in campaign activity.
- Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of SaaS products, software trends, and industry best practices. Use this knowledge to inform content strategies and provide insights to internal teams.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the writing, editing, and development of content to maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance. Conduct regular reviews and optimizations based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales leaders to embed content into outreach campaigns and support new hire onboarding with relevant resources. Collaborate on the development of messaging and content in Sales and Partner enablement.
- Demand Generation Support: Collaborate with demand generation teams to develop campaign messaging and content that drives lead generation and opportunity creation.
- Corporate Messaging: Manage, update, and write corporate messaging to align with corporate position, brand, and GTM focus.
- Program Management: Take ownership of content programs from ideation to execution. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content assets and promotional resources.
