We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Luxury Sales expert to join the outgoing, energetic team at our Beverly Hills boutique.
(No Jewelry experience necessary, but always a plus).
The ideal candidate will be dynamic, knowledgeable, and passionate about luxury goods with a humble attitude and openness to learn and expand their skills to their fullest potential.
Candidates must have the ability to quickly learn new procedures, have excellent communication/ Interpersonal skills, show up to work in a timely fashion, and have a high level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
Qualified candidates must have a proven ability to:
- Develop relationships with new/existing clientele while working together as a team.
- Assist clients in sales, styling, repairs, and customer service.
- Control the inventory every week to ensure proper level of stock at all times.
- Ensure proper recording of contact details for every customer and potential client.
- Upkeep the store daily by polishing jewelry, visual merchandising, replenishing etc.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales goals. (Djula offers special goal incentives)
- Email, call, and contact clients to assure customer satisfaction and additional sales.
- Basic computer skills, ability to write emails, contact customers, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Previous luxury retail experience is HIGHLY recommended
- Energetic seller with strong closing skills
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving expertise
- Great sense of style and knowledge of latest fashion trends
- Desire to learn about our products in order to assist customers
- Organized, Honest and responsible individual
- Fun and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
