This is a part-time role with possibility of full-time as a Line Cook at Vic's Italian Restaurant in Bradley Beach, NJ. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Italian dishes according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines. You will work as part of a culinary team, collaborate with other kitchen staff, and ensure that all meals are prepared and presented in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Food safety certification is a plus
