Reports to the Director of Library and Media Services.

 

The Library Systems & Services Assistant handles daily activities of the library and will be trained to specialize in library functions related to database management, cataloging, and website maintenance. Primary duties include:

• Original and copy cataloging for general materials.
• Maintain records and holdings in the Koha ILS and review existing records.
• Maintain OCLC, SILO, and Docline local holdings records for all materials.
• Assist with maintaining LibGuides, Koha OPAC, databases, and Library website.
