Job Description:

As a Lead Generation Associate, you’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging potential customers through inbound and outbound tactics. You’ll work with our websites, social media accounts, email campaigns, and other digital tools to generate high-quality leads for our sales team.


The ideal candidate can deliver high-quality leads and use lead-generation tactics, such as HubSpot and other tools, to promote new sales across CEI's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Optimize website content and landing pages for conversions
  2. Assist with SEO and digital advertising strategies
  3. Manage lead capture forms, CTAs, and automation tools
  4. Engage with potential leads through social media and online communities
  5. Research and identify potential customers using digital tools
  6. Assist in email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
  7. Support paid ad campaigns and retargeting efforts
  8. Track and analyze campaign performance to improve results


Basic Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  2. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and basic lead gen strategies
  3. Basic understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  4. Ability to analyze data and optimize lead generation efforts
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment


Compensation and Benefits

This is primarily a remote position with the option to work in our offices in Lee’s Summit, MO or Overland Park, KS. Houston, TX (or neighboring counties) is also a remote location this position supports. Additional benefits include:
