Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior WordPress Developer to join our team. This hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to work on dynamic projects, hone your WordPress development skills, and grow alongside a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain WordPress websites for various clients.
2. Customize themes and plugins to meet client requirements.
3. Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and security.
4. Collaborate with the design team to implement project specifications.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues as they arise.
6. Stay updated on the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.
7. Assist with internal marketing and customer relation projects

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree, Web Development, marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience with WordPress design (portfolio or examples of previous work required).
3. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
4. Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing is a plus.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Self-starter and highly motivated to succeed.
