Job Description:

We are now looking for an IT Support Specialist for our client in the Manufacturing Industry!

Pay Rate: $27-$32 DOE
Shift Time: 8am-5pm

Responsibilities
• Monitor the HelpDesk ticketing system, respond timely to technical user problems and document repairs/services.
• Provide daily, first-level support and maintenance of the computing environment to users by analyzing and resolving reported technical problems (onsite or remote).
• Perform hardware deployments, maintenance, and support.
• Support employee onboarding & off-boarding (onsite & remote deployments).
• Support mobile device (onsite & remote deployments).
• Support modern telephony system (physical, app/software) – Cloud Based.
• Support critical printing systems - Industrial Label & Office/Copier Printing.
• Assist/train users on the use productivity tools, in-house developed software, and/or cloud/SaaS delivered solutions.
• Lead or assist the IT Team with maintenance and support all IT and Operational Assets that is connected to the Network Environments.
• Identify issues, trends, and opportunities to improve efficiency and/or quality, or to better assist users and report relevant information and recommendations to management.
• Perform testing to verify security and system updates to ensure the quality of performance.
• Maintain inventory of all technology assets
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Experience Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years of directly related work experience in a computer operations environment providing IT Helpdesk, IT/Technical Support, Manufacturing IT Support, or similar roles.
• Must have experience with computer hardware
• Must have hands-on experience with the following operating platforms.

? Android
? Apple iOS
? Linux
? Microsoft

• Windows 10 – Workstation.
• Must have basic understanding of wired and wireless networking.
• Experience in working with on premise desktop or cloud delivered productivity applications; Google Workspace, MS Office, etc..
