Integrated Marketing Account Coordinator
At ABCD & Company (ABCD), we reimagine the way our clients do marketing and events. We are looking to add an Integrated Marketing Account Coordinator to our dynamic team to support our growth goals and ensure seamless coordination and execution of client projects. This role is pivotal in maintaining ABCD’s reputation for excellence while driving impactful results for clients. The Integrated Marketing Account Coordinator will report to the Director of Integrated Marketing & Communications and work across departments to support branding, marketing, advertising, and business development initiatives.
Role Overview
The Integrated Marketing Account Coordinator ensures the flawless execution of marketing and advertising projects, from initial planning to final delivery. This individual will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes, and contribute to the agency’s growth goals by maintaining high client satisfaction and supporting new business development efforts.
Responsibilities Include (Not Limited To):Project Management
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing, branding, and advertising projects across marketing, events, creative, and operations departments.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines and budgets, adjusting as necessary to meet client needs.
- Organize and lead client status calls, team meetings, and strategy sprints, maintaining detailed meeting notes and follow-ups.
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, conducting exit interviews, and administering feedback surveys to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide proactive solutions.
Marketing & Content Development
- Support the Social Media & Influencer Manager in content creation and idea generation for client campaigns.
- Contribute to pitches and proposals for new projects, aiding in ideation, documentation, and design.
- Establish bi-monthly timelines for creative asset development and brief submissions.
- Manage and oversee thoughtful client gifting initiatives, ensuring alignment with client relationships and project goals.
Business Development Support
- Collaborate with the business development team to strategize and develop marketing campaigns and sponsorship initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform pitches, proposals, and marketing strategies.
- Support the coordination of agency sponsorship activations, contributing to ideation and execution.
Operational Excellence
- Employ project management tools such as Wrike to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with broader agency goals.
- Source and onboard new vendors for production needs, negotiating competitive pricing and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze market and campaign performance data to recommend improvements and optimizations.
- Plan and submit all requests, ensuring sufficient time for execution and thoughtful forecasting of operational support needs, including client purchases, contract management (e.g., DocuSign), and other resources required for successful project execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and seamless project execution.
- Work closely with the creative, digital, and events teams to coordinate deliverables that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Develop and maintain decision trees in collaboration with cross-functional teams to guide opportunity prioritization, response timelines, stakeholder review windows, and feedback/approval processes, ensuring alignment and efficiency across departments.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to projects.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams into future projects for continuous improvement.

Technical Skills and Experience Required:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: , client communication, and marketing execution.
Desired Skills: Familiarity with project management and digital marketing tools (e.g., Wrike, Sprout Social). Strong writing and editing skills. Experience with DEI initiatives is a plus.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
